PRACTICE/BUSINESS MANAGER
East Harling and Kenninghall Medical Practice Near Norwich
Salary £50k plus depending on experience
We are a well-established rural Practice circa 8,600 patients 7 miles from the A11. We need an experienced manager with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our team and assist with further growth. Candidates will need strong communication skills at all levels and possess exceptional leadership and management experience plus strategic and tactical expertise.
Internally, the successful candidate will have the ability to support our strategic planning process, maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams by proactive leadership. Also to manage planned change within the Practice and evaluate the effectiveness of that change. You will have robust financial acumen and understand the dynamics and efficiencies required to make a small business successful.
Externally you will have the aptitude to support us in engaging with the wider health economy as required, such as our clinical commissioning group, our local Practice Manager network and secondary care providers to ensure that we are constantly aware of best practice both managerially and clinically.
A health care background is desirable but not considered essential.
