Is seeking to appoint a Salaried GP to join our friendly team. We are a dedicated team of 6 Partners, a Salaried GP, 3 ANP’s, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA/Phlebotomists offering an excellent quality of care to our Practice population consisting of a list size of approximately 12,200 patients. Our Main Surgery is situated in Broughton Astley with a Branch Surgery in Ullesthorpe. The Practice is part of the Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance (Federation) and the Fosseway PCN.
We are/have
- Teaching practice with a GP registrar
- Support from clinical Pharmacists, First-Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribers, and Nurse Associates.
- GPwSI in Cardiology, Dermatology, Women’s health and Lifestyle Medicine.
- Nurses specialised in Diabetes, Asthma/ COPD, care planning and nursing home care
- Dispensing Practice
- SystmOne Clinical System
- High achieving Practice in all areas of QOF/QIPP, Enhanced Services (including implants, coils, joint injections etc), IIF/Basket of Services, Dispensing Quality Services.
- CQC inspection rating of ‘good’ in all areas
- Excellent patient satisfaction results
