The Humbleyard Practice covers the villages of Cringleford, Hethersett and Mulbarton in South Norfolk, we are a large practice with 3 surgeries.
Clinical Pharmacy in General Practice is part of an exciting transformation programme to develop a new model of care, addressing our ambition to deliver person-centred, coordinated care across the practice population. In developing and utilising this role within primary care, our aim is to pro-actively help patients stay safe, well and out of hospital as well as supporting efforts to reduce the demands on general practice.
We are looking for a professional, conscientious, and highly effective Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly team at The Humbleyard Practice. This role is full time (37.5 hours), working days are negotiable.
The successful candidate will not only be able to work independently but will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team of GPs, nursing staff, PCN Pharmacists and experienced dispensers.
The salary range for this post is £48k to £54k dependant on experience.
