We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Pharmacy Technicians to join our multi-professional Primary Care Team working within our new Health & Wellbeing Hub under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director. The successful candidates will work to deliver safe, effective, and cost-effective use of medicines by applying their pharmaceutical, clinical and technical skills. These roles will provide a brilliant opportunity for the right candidates to develop their knowledge and skills.
In addition, they will be responsible for encouraging the development of better understanding of the principles of medicines optimisation throughout the practice teams and promoting good practice in line with therapeutic developments. This will involve assisting the PCN in achieving national requirements, NICE implementation and utilisation of medicines optimisation initiatives.
