Practice Nurse Opportunity
Salary negotiable subject to qualifications and experience.
Greengate Medical Centre is a large, friendly and well organised Practice situated in the centre of Birstall. The team is committed to providing excellent service to its patients.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Practice Nurse to work a minimum of 24 hours per week to join our well-established and committed Nursing team.
We are looking for a nurse with excellent communication, organisational and clinical skills. You will need to work well without supervision, as well as working as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be expected to be involved with a number of chronic disease management clinics, wound care, cervical screening, injections and immunisations.
Applicants who have greater experience of Diabetes care are especially welcome to apply.
Computer skills would be an advantage, but full training will be given in the use of our SystmOne clinical computer system.
