Job summary
Orchard Surgery Dereham are looking to recruit an experienced Visiting Nurse Practitioner/ Emergency Care Practitioner to work three/four days.
Main duties of the job
The role will be based at the practice having clinics and visiting patients living in care homes and their own homes within the locality.
You will have a Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner qualification and a prescriber is desirable but not essential.
The Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate high standards of clinical care, sound decision making and excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications and experience

We are a thriving, busy practice in the centre of Dereham with 11200 patients. We are currently having a refurbishment to gain additional clinical rooms and looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
