Practice Nurse – East Norwich Medical Partnership

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our Nursing Team here at East Norwich Medical Partnership. Together with our 7 GPs and 2 Nurse Practitioners our Nursing Team helps to provide care for our 16,200 patients over our 2 sites at Thorpe St Andrew & Sprowston. We are a training practice and host ST1 Registrars and Year 2 Medical Students.
The post is for 20 hours a week but is negotiable. We require flexibility and the ability to provide cover for colleagues when required. There is a requirement to participate in Extended Hours service provision if required. We use SystmOne as our clinical system together with the use of Ardens Templates.
We are looking to find a Practice Nurse skilled & experienced in Treatment Room practice including chronic disease management, immunisations and cytology. Additional skills in Asthma and COPD would be an asset but we are happy to support any necessary training to develop this skillset.
Pay depend upon skills and experience.
